Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. "This was the perfect location for Thanksgiving. The place is beautiful. I was a little unclear how the property was laid out from the pictures. The view from the house is spectacular. We had a bit of a struggle when the snow came and we were not prepared to get our cars down the driveway. We will trust the forecast next time and pack some salt.
