"Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery. "

Incredible to walk out of the hotel & have the Promenade & Mediterranean directly in front of me. 40min slow stroll along the Promenade into the old town/Port otherwise...
