Tuve que localizarlos por internet. Una vez que conseguí su número, me confirmaron que la reserva estaba bien hecha. En las instrucciones que me dieron para la llegada, no se indicaba que tenía que llamar al número de apartamento desde la calle. Fue la guardiana del inmueble quien me lo dijo. Deberían mejorar ese punto de comunicación...

"Muito frustrante. Fui a trabalho competir e não consegui dormir direito as três noites pelo barulho dos hóspedes nos quartos ao lado, paredes finas, se ouvia de tudo. Internet terrível sempre caindo. Quarto minúsculo e com cheiro de coisas velhas. Para quem quer sossego é um mínimo de conforto, não indico."
