"This was a very clean, basic room with basic amenities. It had a tv, very comfortable bed with good pillows and the room was air conditioned. Places to eat are within a short, safe walk. A small breakfast is provided with excellent coffee. Located very close to the airport (EZE) in Buenos Aires....maybe a 10 minute drive. Pick up and drop off at the airport is available at no charge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating....espescially Jamaiia! She was the perfect host and I enjoyed...

I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. "The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner. "
