"Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo .."

"This hotel has been transformed from an old farmhouse, our room was small, but contained mini bar, kettle with possibilies to prepare yourself tea or coffee, there were hair dryer and compulsory toiletries in the bathroom and even safe on the wall. Not common things to have for such a price in Belgium. Bed with quality mattress and very charming old cupboards. And owner or person in charge, who checked us in was also very nice. I'm glad we chose this one."

Only disappointed that we arrived after the reception closed and didn’t know that towels for the bathroom had to be rented for extra cost from the reception. "The property was located in the centre of all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the caves for the Christmas market which was a convenient location. The Hotel itself had a large restaurant. There is no lift and a very steep staircase to the rooms. Our room had a faulty lock so each time we tried to go out it took several minutes for the lock to catch. We did advise a member of staff but they did not do anything about it.
