"My family and i came in from out of town to see a priduction at Sight & Sound and we chose Avid Hotel in Lancaster. The room was clean and had adorable towel creations on the beds as well as in the bathroom. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We WILL be back! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Our stay was short. The hotel was quite full. Check in was flawless. Breakfast had a variety of offerings. Staff (1 lady) worked very hard at keeping items available and the area clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay."

"The stay was good for the money. It was like a well lived in house, comfortable but could use some work. There were several items that could have been better: Shower head had weak spray, TP was unreachable, Floor squeaked when walking on it, Pillows were meh, Breakfast was minimal. None of these ruined the stay but would be a problem if I paid average rates for the area."

"The fridge didnt work the knob to change the coolness of the fridge was completely broke the A/C cover was off. And the sink was outside the bathroom which really doesn't make sense since your just spreading bacteria everywhere. Which really isnt clean and the one pillow had a gross stain on it "

"I thought a lot of the amenities being offered could of been addressed like their vending machine could of at least been repaired at a reasonable amount of time where it was still out of order when I checked out and the TV had a pixel deficiency where there was a vertical line through the picture of the screen on the Tv about a foot from the right side viewing of the screen. And the carpet could use to be replaced where it has seen better days or at least steam clean it. Other then that, I...
