"Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so...

"This is a perfect small urban no frills (non resort) hotel in Puerto Plata. Short walk to the Malecon and in an area of lots of restaurants and services. Perfect for a few days. "

"I didn't receive instructions for check in and had no way to contact the property manager. Thankfully two other guest walked in and had their number. When I called they didn't even know a guest was supposed to be coming today."

"I loved the beach view. it would’ve been nice for the restaurant to be open even for breakfast. I was sorry the hot tub was not working. I think the new owner should put a little investment into this beautiful area. It could be made so much better."
