"This review is specifically for room number 0, the twin room (bunk bed). The top bunk bed was uncomfortable. Whether you put your head on one side (right next to the AC) or the other (next to a wall indent with MOLD) it is impossible to sleep. As for the changing rooms (connected to the showers), they also have mold on the walls. The exhaust fans in the toilet rooms barely work resulting in a perpetual unpleasant smell. There is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet rooms yet the hand...

"Outside of town slightly easily reached by local bus or a walk, but the location was superlative for walks with gorgeous views by the lake and mt Fuji. Good sized room with two beds so room to move. Next to a great Houtou noodle restaurant. "

"If it is in the very heart of things—the train station, multiple bus routes, all manner of dining options, with a view of Mt. Fuji to boot (though our view was partially obstructed by an electric pole and transformer). It is a bit hard to find, and gave our cabbie a run for his money (we were driving in from another train stop). Better signage is a must! "Property was good, but i found grtting around the area inconvinient as everything was far away from each other. However there is a extensive tourist bus system so you could get to everywhere you wanted to go, it would just tske time "

"This is a very nice camping ground location. The name is actually called Workshop camp resort. The google maps address is wrong, continue up the road past 2 other properties. The palace cabins are basic, good size. The hot water did not work in our cabin. Pretty location in the forest."
