"Wow...... I went on my annual girlie holiday. Alone with my niece and Isla her 7 year old daughter. Because of the Kerfuffle this year, our holiday abroad was cancelled so we decided on a staycation instead. "We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...

"no shower, dirty room, no staff, depressing rooms....staff not about to ask questions regarding condition of rooms...i wouldnt put an animal in these rooms!!"

"This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...
