I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."

I wouldn't recommended it for more than one person. It was quite cramped trying to fit two people and luggage in one space. If you have the chance, upgrade to the larger room. Both the room and bathroom will be larger. The hotel offers a nice cold continental breakfast for an additional 14 euros, which is comparable to...

"The layout of the hotel is odd because it's shared with a restaurant annd access is through a dark and narrow alley. There is no one on duty 24/7 so don't expect a rescue in an emergency such as accidentally locking yourself out of your room or the hotel after hours. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Good value for money considering the very central location."
