"Dorm stay was decent. But they need to fix lighting issues in 16 bed dorm. The light was on for almost full night n I had difficulty in sleeping. Due to lights being on other guests in dorm were very noisy in the middle of night with no civic sense. They need to set up strict rules for dorm "

"This property is a bit outdated. The hotel needs some love as it is old and needs to be renovated. The rooms are nice and big with very comfortable beds. This best thing in his hotel is the fabulous staff and top customer service. They staff is very efficient and always goes beyond expectations to please guests. "

"It has made a great impression in a very good way! If I’m going to north Goa in the future I will definitely stay here. Morjim Suset Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties that I have stayed at in Goa. Not only is it done up very well, the staff make the place even more enticing. Everyone is polite, helpful and co-operative. Morjim beach is just 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities in place. Deluxe AC rooms have spacious balconies."

"The hotel property cancelled my reservation on my day of my arrival. In a phone call with them, they said they aren't licensed to accept non-Indians. But they didn't explain why they didn't inform me earlier, only that they would refund any deposit / payment. Disappointed & much inconvenienced getting another local hotel that evening at the last minute."
