"Everything was great, our only note would be that our room was listed as a scenic view or ocean view, and we had a large tree up close to the window covering most all of it. Otherwise the place was clean, staff were nice and it was conveniently located for our event needs. "

"They had issues on their end resolved before I even knew there was an issue - apparently they had overbooked and in doing so simply upgraded me before I got there so as to accommodate all I had requested!! Later helped me to find what I needed locally and were very knowledgeable of the area. They really summed up my trip PERFECTLY!!!"

I thought that putt putt golf was included in the stay, but was advised that since we booked through Hotels.com and not through the hotel directly that we would have to pay for golf. "Overall a great stay, but the bed was too hard for us to really enjoy our second night. Attempting to sleep on your side resulted in stiff shoulders and hips and our backs were stiff as well. Kind of sad to spend so much money on a hotel room that you don’t even look forward to sleeping in the bed at. We stayed there in the same category of room 5 years ago when it was under a different name and ownership and never had any issues with bed comfort."

"It is our first time to have one night at the hotel with the history. The hotel room, kitchen, library and others give a cosy atmosphere to the place. It worths. "

"The room was pretty much a standard economy room; it had an updated interior and smelled clean. The bed was very soft, but that is kind of subjective. I prefer a firmer mattress. Overall, the room did what we asked it to do, which was to give a place to sleep for two nights. Nothing fancy, but that's okay. As you can see from the picture, the building has a charming ocean wave shape going on, but it wasn't really noticeable from inside our room."

"The motel is within easy walking distance to downtown, it is clean, and with a friendly and helpful staff. It has all the basic necessities, and we have returned their several times. It's not a five-star high-end type of motel, but considering the price, four stars are definitely deserved."

Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. The food at Harrison's was very enjoyable also. We will stay here again! "
