"Room was clean and staff was very nice! The only complaint would be that the thermostat seems to be on a light/movement sensor? It worked fine while we were up watching TV, but didn't stay on during the night so the bedroom got warmer than we would have liked. My husband got up and manually adjusted the thermostat late in the evening but it was off again and warm by the time we got up."

"2nd time staying. Really comfortable at this hotel. I feel safe and the staff is very welcoming and nice. They worked with me and my late check in. Pool was super warm and great. Felt that the housekeeping could have been better had some stuff that could have been cleaned more and kind of felt like housekeeping was breathing down my neck to check out so the can clean the room. But other than that traveling with 2 kids alone and felt safe and comfortable doing so. "
