" While the resort is exactly as it appears-we had a few issues- they charge for items in both US and Soles- very confusing. No wine at the resort?? All of our tours were to be included but they charged us 120 US dollars for the two of us. Not very willing to negotiate. The resort itself was very relaxing and calm. "A peaceful property away from the loud-busy city. Walking into the lobby, feels welcoming and relaxing after traveling long distance. My daughters (9&12) loved the pool. I enjoyed the central tropic garden, the pool side seating and the simple, but varied breakfast menu. Also, hot water was always available! I need a few clothes laundered on arrival; they went out of their way to make it happen! Thank you for a great stay!!! I would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a great time at the lodge! Many activities such as fishing, visiting an island of monkeys, and seeing a lot of wild animals. Given the fact that there is little or no electricity, we were able to disconnect ourselves for a few days in order to really relax. The rooms are very charming and the staff was great to answer questions and concerns. Our guide Manuel was great!! Very recomendable because he really knew his way along the jungle and never made us feel anything less than spectacular....
