"Nice simple hotel. Nice elevators. Great luggage cart. Nice breakfast with all sorts of food for every type of diet. I didn’t see anyone refilling things but it was ready right on time. Great shower, nice hot water with good pressure. After traveling 40 straight days I pay attention to everything. "

"The room that I had was not clean at all when I first walked in all I could smell was cigarette smoke, which this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, and then in the bathroom, there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain bar the couch cushions had stains all over them There were cobwebs in the corners it was filthy "

"The room and staff were warm and cordial Easy access to the highway , close to a decent bar and grill just what we needed for a break in the drive. Breakfast wasn’t restaurant quality but more variety than I’d have at home so no point deduction. "

"This hotel is only a few minutes away from the Des Moines Outlets. The beds were comfy and very clean. We had a great stay!"

"We have stayed at this hotel for several years. We stayed on 2/8/25, and they have renovated almost everything:new flooring, new curtains, TVs, and some furniture. We love the pool area...nice hot tub. The people are always nice."
