"This boathouse wasn't ready for us. When we got there at 3pm, AC did not work and a mechanic guy just showed up to fix it and dirty dishes were in the sink. When you flush the toilet, you can smelled the entire sewer inside.the shower room did not work at all. I have some pictures of them if you want..they shouldn't do this business. "

"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."

"This location was perfect for my boyfriend, our dog, and myself! There is a beautiful fenced in back yard that has a very cute fire pit. We did not use it but it was nice to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee while our dog was able to explore. The rental had everything we needed including dishware and laundry detergent.
