Newly Renovated, Waterfront, Poolside, Ground-Floor, King Bed & WiFi

Unit 115, Bogue Shores - Newly renovated (March 2023) kitchen, floor and paint no. Ground floor efficiency unit facing the large pool. The ocean is across the street...a 2 minute walk and we have our own flashing pedestrian light crosswalk for direct ocean access.

We also own the unit next door...just steps away! This unit, VRBO #427563, is also ground floor-pool facing .

We're located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which is well known for its family friendly atmosphere and close to everything! The unit is small and most comfortable for 2 adults; however it is possible to sleep four (4) by using the sleeper sofa if you have 2 small children. We cannot accept rentals for 4 adults. No exceptions.
- Sorry, no pets
- Boats are not permitted to be brought by renters.
- Linens and Towels and basic supply of paper towels (1) and toilet paper (1) are provided for renters.
- Fully stocked kitchenette.
- Full bathroom (tub and shower) but it is small.
- Large adult pool and separate fenced in kiddie pool.
- Sound side pier on property.
- Renters must be 25 years of age (except dependent children)
- We charge a cleaning fee but renters must clean, dry and put away all dirty dishes and take the trash out.
- Smoking is at designated areas only on the property- not near unit

Great Pool
We have stayed at Bogue Shores several times. We very much enjoyed this room as it had a king size bed. Perfect for my husband and myself with pull out sofa for small child. We like first floor and the pool is the nicest one around.

Perfect getaway
This is perfect for a little getaway. The room was clean and the decorations were in date and super cute. I loved that it was walking distance (literally maybe 12 steps) to the pool. I would definitely look at staying here again for next year. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with, and I received my deposit back shortly after my stay.

This is a really nice property. It’s an old motel turned into condos. This one is very nicely done. Comfy bed and clean. The back yard area is on the sound with comfy glider chairs. The ocean beach is easy to get to and just across the street. The sound side has boat slips. I would stay here again.

Amazing!!
We love Bogue shore suites!! We have been coming here since I was little and now our kids are enjoying it aswell. Its the perfect location, everything is at your finger tips, pool right outside, pier right out back aswell as cook out areas, sitting areas, beautiful views, ocean right across the street, and shops right down the road! Its the perfect get away! We love this particular room, and now it has upgrades! We will definitely continue to stay here!

Awesome vacation stay
I have stayed at alot of places at the beach but this one filled the bill to a tee. The room was exactly the right size for my husband and myself. Loved everything about it, bed was comfy, plenty of storage for our clothes, lots of kitchen items to make a meal and sit down to eat. Wish we could of stayed longer than a week. Loved location, grounds are well kept, canal with dock and fish cleaning station was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Cindy for answering my questions before time for me to start my vacation. This was an anniversay trip for us (49 years).

Absolutely loved this property location in the property! Just as listed… very comfortable for its size and well appointed. Convenient to parking area and the pool and entire complex! The grounds of the complex are so well maintained, the pool was super clean and maintained daily. Sound view was exceptional! Access to ocean across at light directly in front of complex was perfect! Thanks to owners Cindy and John for immediate response to any questions and the directions and bring it list!! Our stay was just perfect couple getaway!

Property is well maintained with easy access to the ocean!
My husband and I had an amazing experience these past four days while staying here. Room was clean when we arrived and everything was there that was promised. The only issue that we had was getting the Wi-Fi to work. I'm sure it is an easy fix. Beautiful views of the sound (we loved the gazebo as well as the boating dock ), and the ocean was easily accessible with a very short walk. Would love to stay again and bring our kids next time!

Small cozy unit
Unit was clean and comfortable. King bed was very nice. Large tv with good cable selections. Small bathroom, but very good shower pressure. Kitchen is quite small and sparsely furnished. However with the great value we could afford to eat out at great restaurants. We had coffee in the morning and wine at sunset on the nice swings overlooking the bay.

Place was clean and the remodel was very nice. Bed was comfy, everything was as described. We didn’t cook but looked to be well stocked. Had coffee out on glider every morning. Lots of updates to Bogue Shores all over. Have been coming here for years and always happy with it. Had to call Cindy for a silly err of my own and she answered immediately. Will be back. ⭐️

Everything you need at your fingertips
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. You described your location and unit perfectly. We knew what to expect when we arrived and your condo had everything we could possibly need. We were very impressed with the room and the recent renovations look great. We felt like we were in the comfort of our own home. Your location is perfect and my husband loved being able to fish off the boat dock at night. The pool provided great relief from the rough ocean. We hope to be able to stay at your condo again in the future. Thank you for opening up your place to us.
