"I stayed here for work in the area. Accomodation is clean and staff were friendly. Has a good selection of food and drink. I had the best fish and chips here ive had in quite a while but the menu is large enough t cover pub grub or a good steak or curry. I liked it here and would stat again no issue. "

"This was our second stay here and it won't be the last. The rooms have been renovated since our last stay, we thought they were lovely before but they're even lovelier now. Lots of little homely touches. Breakfast was included, Continental style but so much of it, our kids were certainly full after. Location is great with shops and places to eat close by. "It's 1:02 in the morning and still the pub is full of drunk, loud people singing at the top of their lungs. Management must be encouraging it since no one has told them to go home. When you have guest rooms, you should practice respect for your guests who are trying to sleep!! Never again will we come here. "
