"Unfortunately they couldn't honour our full booking due to the person in charge having an emergency but let us stay the first night as it was late in the evening. The price was different to what was booked on hotels.com and there wasn't the stated free breakfast. Maybe this was because the person in charge wasn't there. It was very cold due to the building not being fully enclosed. I can't comment on the trips etc which was the main reason we had booked here due to the good reviews."

"We had a wonderful time at the Alojamiento Bellavista. Manuel, the owner, was very kind, helpful and truly cared about our well-being. The place is rather new and they are still making the place better and better. They were open to constructive feedback and super responsive.
