"The address on google maps didn't take me to the hotel so I got a bit worried when I couldn't find it. Eventually I found it just as a hotel listed nearby. I arrived after the reception was closed so did self check-in from the machine at the front door. It was very easy and straighforward. I wasn't sure what to expect in the hotel and was delighted with how spacious my room was and how comfortable the bed was. "The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!! When I called the manager for new towels, he just...

"Once you're in the room, its very clean and has everything you need. But the exterior is off-putting with a fence around the facility and only one way in/out. We made the mistake of staying several nights thinking the location would be convenient, but working with the limitations of the autoroute was challenging... either using the help button and paying a high toll or taking a long path around and needing to walk through several gates and around the building to get to the room."
