The king bed and pillows were only moderately comfortable (I would have much rather slept on my bed at home). The wall thermostat was decommissioned. Items like the faucet and toilet were installed at an angle. The pool and hot tub were older and were lacking any luster. Etc."

"My overall stay was a positive one. The only negative was that I requested a specific room due to a recent review of that room stating that it was recently renovated. Upon check-in, the staff member seemed to have some confusion, changing back and forth which room to give me. Ultimately the room I stayed in was not recently renovated, in fact it had to have been many years since, the bathroom ceiling was literally in the process of falling down.
