Beautifully remodeled, spacious home, with modern furnishing and well-kept property. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with a blow dryer and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, and toaster. This one-bedroom unit has it's own private access, a space of it's own in a huge house. This has a stunning view of the river and is located just over a mile from beautiful Douglas and 2 miles from Saugatuck.

If you're adventurous, you are just under a mile from Mount Baldhead Park where you can challenge yourself to 282 steps to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. If you continue your journey you can relish the fabulous Oval Beach which is in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from.

I loved the style in the suite! Very cozy! Location was perfect for checking out oval beach and hiking the dunes. Lovely neighborhood and the host was easy to get a hold of when needed.

Small, comfortable, and well equipped place to stay for a couple. We enjoyed the spring weather (including rain) in southwest Michigan by staying here. Walking distance to Mt Baldhead and the Saugatuck Lake Michigan beach.

Perfect weekend getaway
This was our first time visiting Saugatuck, we could not have had a better trip. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Denise went above and beyond, we felt lucky to have booked with such a great host. We were able to walk to the beach and to amazing hiking spots. Downtown Saugatuck was just a short trip away. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect space, not cramped or tiny. Nicely decorated, clean and bright. Good bed, good water pressure, great location. No one bothered us. While there were upstairs neighbors, we barely heard them. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay!
My mom and I chose this accommodation for a special mother-daughter weekend and our expectations were exceeded. The peaceful setting, gorgeous lake views, and cozy apartment equipped with everything we needed made for a wonderful stay. We were perfectly situated near shops, restaurants, the beach and downtown Saugatuck while also feeling like we were tucked away in our own peaceful sanctuary. Denise was wonderful -- she was accommodating, helpful, flexible, and so easy to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping us feel so comfortable and taken care of.

1st Anniversary
My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on April 2024. The place is beautiful, as is the area. We enjoyed being so close to Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo Lake, and right across the street from the Kalamzoo River. The place is well set up with a full kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher + a magic bullet blender and wine and bottle openers, as well as toaster and coffee maker. Nice gas fire place stove easy to use too. Enjoyed how close it was to a handful of nice towns and right across the river from downtown Saugatuck. The place even has a shared laundry room access between the units, you can lock the door to the laundry from inside your unit. We loved walking to Mount Bald Head and Lake Michigan. It was also nice to sit on the front deck and enjoy the view of the Kalamazoo River.

Great Spot!
My wife, 3 month old son, and I stayed here for a long weekend and the basement condo was perfect for what we needed. The condo was nicely decorated and the AC worked. We spent most of our time out and about so really just slept here. The house is a 5 min walk to the chain ferry to get across the river or you can drive 5 mins and get to downtown Saugatuck as well (parking can be hard after 9am). We happened to be here during Saugatuck's Venetian Days which is their busiest weekend of the year and it was really fun. We were able to see the fireworks show from the front porch! Only negatives I have is that the mattress could be better and they may want to have a dehumidifier going since it's a basement condo without ventilation up into the house since it's closed off from the rest of it. Would definitely recommend this condo!
