"we had a very late arrival and checked around 3am so we were only at this hotel for about 9hrs before leaving. but even in that short amount of time we loved it! the room was clean and had everything we needed, the lobby was so cute for christmas, and it was a very easy check in and out. it made quite the impression even though we basically just slept and left!"

"Loved indoor and outdoor hot tub. Complimentary breakfast had gluten free options and wide variety of items. Room had excessive wear and tear on carpet and door jams. Needed a serious carpet cleaning; the state of the room didn’t line up with the rest of the experience."

"Parking lot when snows needs work. Staff at front desk is great. Rooms need updates but are comfortable enough for a person in town working. Location is good to get to things in town. "

"Just stayed at the Stay Bridge in Grandville for the second time and I will definitely be back for a third. I think it’s a great affordable, yet high quality option. The location is wonderful as you have access to RiverTown Mall, so many other shopping options and restaurants galore. I always book a room with a little kitchenette which is cute and convenient. "I personally did not spend much time in the room. Although when I was there the TV never worked. There was no refrigerator. I didn't try the microwave. The beds were comfortable but rather tall. I would say my biggest complaint was that they offered free breakfast. I think I found the room where it was supposed to be between 7:00 and 9:00. But the door was locked."

"Facility was clean. Breakfast was nothing spectacular unless you like powdered eggs, but it was warm. Only issue was a shower handle rigged to turn only 90 degrees, which led to 60 degree shower water at best (unsure if this is plumbing misadventure or excessive regulation of hot water). Suffering that for 2 days and getting no apology at checkout reminds why I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years."

Thanksgiving Getaway

"My family had a great time on our state. Most importantly my mother enjoyed it the most. The cabin was spacious, they had board games and a gaming console as well. That was definitely a winner. The stay was truly wonderful and peaceful. "

Big Bear Cabin - Cabin Getaway - Private hot tub - Community Pool!

Cute cabin!

"We rented this cabin for a family Thanksgiving, and had a really nice stay. There was plenty of room for two couples and 3 kids, with the kids sharing a double bunk bed room. There are two living areas, upstairs and down, so the kids could play video games while adults watched TV. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on the covered porch while it snowed outside! A couple of small issues: There were some light bulbs burned out in a couple of lamps Some remotes might need new batteries: one of the TV remotes and the controls for the ceiling fans. One concerning issue: the wooden stairs going to the 2nd floor are *very* slippery. My husband fell once while going down. Installing stair treads would avert future accidents."

Wonderful Stay!

"We were in Saugatuck for our son's wedding over an extended weekend and the Porch Swing was absolutely fantastic! It is located outside the busyness of Saugatuck, nestled on a quiet country lot but, you're close enough to easily go downtown for shopping and restaurants. The age ranges for the family ranged from 21yrs to 72yrs and we all fit comfortably. The Porch Swing was very clean with fun decor throughout. Todd was amazing to work with. I highly recommend a stay at his place!"

The PERFECT COZY Cabin!

"Everything about our stay at the Sugar Shack in Saugatuck was incredible! The cabin is nestled among other cabins and glorious fall foliage. The property was spotless and had everything needed to enjoy a quiet and rejuvenating weekend. My kids loved the hot tub after hours of walking in the woods. Todd is professional and a pleasure to correspond with. He reached out to make sure we made it into town, were having a nice time and provided updates for our stay. This truly is a special place!"

"I am writing while still here enjoying my coffee on the back porch and watching the squirrels play! I don’t want to leave but we only had a short weekend. We came down to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday by going to the Halloween parade. We had an awesome time. This place is so close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to get everything we needed at Walmart. All was so convenient. The house is as promised. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! "

"We were a group of six middle age women that travel every other year since our mid 20's and we are always looking for a home that will be the main focus of our get-away since we want to sit around and eat and drink and reconnect. Along with that we like to have a nearby place to go do a little shopping and dining and maybe some fun touristy things. This place had it all! "

Spacious lakefront home with panoramic views and private beach

Great property on Lake Michigan

"This is a beautiful property and home right on Lake Michigan. Great views and sunsets especially from the lower deck. There was abundant space with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. More blankets would have been welcomed. Plastic wine glasses were a plus and having light dimmers was nice. There could be better lighting in the living room area and the deck levels could be better marked to prevent missteps. We found a few maintenance issues such as some mold in the bathrooms and a loose handle in the upstairs shower. The front door was very hard to open due to sticking and we almost couldn’t re-lock the sliding door to the deck off of the kitchen. Critter noises heard in the walls, but fortunately no critter sightings. Almost no cell phone service which we were warned about but Wi-Fi worked great in the house. We were unsure when leaving whether to strip the beds or not due to different instructions in the email and at the house. The road to the property felt a bit treacherous and we weren’t sure what we would have done if we had met another car. "
