"The staff member who greeted me was lovely, she explained everything to me and was very helpful with my questions too. The room i had was a large double room, bigger than I'd expected with a private bathroom. The fridge was an unexpected surprise too. On street parking was easy enough but I was informed at check-in they also have a carpark at the back. A pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again. "

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again"
