"The rooms were exceptionally clean! But bring your own pillows! We each used 3 of the pillows provided and still no comfort"

"The bathroom door was a barn door style and it didn’t close all the way. I like my privacy when in the bathroom. Other than that it’s was a nice room. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast at a hotel."

"I liked that the bed was very comfortable but the water for the shower never really got hot. It was also super noisy. You could hear everything happening in other rooms, the lobby, the hallway, and the interstate right next to the building. Very thin walls. "

"Hotel is undergoing a reno and most of it is complete and very nicely done. Bed is comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, dear hotel planners, something MUST be done about the door to each room. It is no where near a “soft close” and I was kept up all night by my neighbors going in and out of rooms and slamming the door each time. Very frustrating when you have a long drive ahead of you and get no rest beforehand!"

"Unfortunately my room was not cleaned on my weekend stay...i made due but not the point. I even saw the girl & asked her which floors she cleaned. Gave her a tip & when i got to my room hadn't been touched. Mentioned to front desk on checkout & didn't say much of anything. Seemed disinterested. "
