"I tried to get a little compensation for having to leave a day early of our 4 night booking due to husband’s health (81 with mild dementia). Since I booked thru Expedia, Desiree, the manager, would not help at all even after mentioning we gave up a handicap room for another guest by request from the hotel the day before we arrived.
