"Property was older but nice. Some things remodeled but others aging or broken. Worked well for our needs. Pool was nice. Beach would have been very nice except for weather and rough waters. Access to the beach was great."

"We enjoyed our stay! Very modern, clean property. Fit our needs and was close to the beach and right on the Main Street. Will be coming back for sure next time we plan South Padre Island visit"

"Host was very quick at responding and sent over help in the morning and after that everything was great. We enjoyed our time here. Pretty clean, pool was small but nice. We used the laundry room and it was very clean. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The weather didn’t permit us to use the pool, but the house was gorgeous. We were made to feel at home during our stay, there is even a washer dryer available. We felt fortunate to have landed on a off season rate, it was definitely better than a hotel."

"Overall we had a good stay. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than we anticipated, about 10 minutes. Being on the 2nd floor, you definitely hear all the noise above you. I would recommend new bed sheets, although they were clean, they were stained yellow. Property management was responsive when we had a light burned out. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. "
