WiFi may be weak in the rooms but if you need to download a film just walk down to the lobby. El Cuyo is a relaxing place and definitely this hotel helps to wind down. "

"Staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean. I really want to leave a good review as they are trying so hard, but there are shortcomings that could easily be addressed. The rooms are pretty basic and a couple of glasses, a hairdryer, extra towels etc would make a huge difference. "Very nice place decent location but unfortunately when they electricity goes out, they don’t have back up generators and it’s really hot and muggy in your room. They give you a candle but with no lighter to turn it on I think for the amount of money you spend it should have a little back up generator to have the AC working. They only have a generator working on the common areas as in kitchen and bar. I guess they do that to keep the revenue coming in. "
