"Nice clean rooms, quiet and I liked the hardwood floors. The hallways smell like a certain green leaf plant and it's a very pervasive smell throughout the hotel. "

"Would have been nice if there were toiletries in the room available. I received an email several hours prior to my arrival asking if I need anything, let them know. My reply was never responded to. Must not of been an actual message, more like it was an automated message to all guests. Late night check in, exhausted from traveling, was a bit disappointed credit card machines weren’t functioning. Almost couldn’t get in my room without posting the $100 deposit "

"Exactly what I expect from a Best Western. Nothing more nothing less. I needed a room in the area and that is what was available"

"It was a great location, easy waking distance, good dining options, it was clean, and the breakfast was good. The only issue would be the breakfast facilities the bench and some of the chairs were torn and needed to be replaced but I would stay here again. "
