"The morning staff person Michael was very helpful and friendly. The staff in the evenings were unpleasant and unprofessional. The side door which was supposed to be locked for safety was wide open at all times. All of the odd numbered rooms were very noisy due to the expressway so all guests should be first offered an even side room first."
