"This was a good but not great stay. Breakfast was pathetic with few choices, machine made instant coffee, little fruit, no oatmeal, only whole milk. Staff seemed indifferent not welcoming. Many aspects were clan and modern but stark and low-end. We would be unlikely to stay at this chain again. "

"The room was large & clean with a lots of space. The bed was comfy & we asked for extra pillows. The bathroom & shower were clean except a spot on the wall behind the toilet. Overall the hotel was very clean, quiet, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, movie theater, and a 1.5 mile walk to colonial Williamsburg. (The train did go by several times a day but nothing a noise machine will drown out at night). "

I looked for affordable hotel rooms and Red Roof Inn showed up on the app. Due to their good rating, I decided to give them a chance. From the time I arrived, the gentlemen at the front desk was Amazing. We had small talk about my trip and where I was originally from and what we had in common.
