"The Pacific Hotel felt like a home away from home. I stayed here on my first trip to Paris (a solo trip when I was 20). The atmosphere of this hotel is so warm, cozy, and safe. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived early and they held my luggage for an hour while I went out, then had my room ready for me earlier than expected. "It is what you expect a budget hotel to be. The room was clean and the staff made our bed and gave us new towels everyday. The washroom layout was a bit strange but it worked fine. The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price. The room does not have a kettle or fridge and a hairdryer has to be loaned from reception in exchange for a piece of ID, which we thought was strange but it worked out fine. "Hotel was well priced and close to Expo Centre. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. My son joined me and we stayed in a family room, beds were confirtable and it was good. No coffee or tea equipment or other things in the room, but tv was ok and bathroom was a reasonable size. I've stayed in much worse in this area. This was good and the people very nice. "

"The guy from night shift was very kind and helpful! Good accommodation for tourists for short stays (2-5days) , for couples and family with kids. Very clean and excellent room service!"

"Shower place is really tight. Otherwise the bed is really comfortable, black out curtain, clean and the neighbourhood feels relatively safe to walk in at night. Also nearbyetro station under 10mins walk. "

"Booked 4 rooms last minute and got to the hotel at 1am, checkin was easy but a little slow. Beds very comfortable and nice clean modern rooms. Breakfast we were told there will be sausages, bacon etc but was on simple continental, was still good."
