Nice hotel with a mix of facilities in the room, for example nail file provided but no tea and coffee making facilities. This would be ok if they offered room service but this does not exist. 50% of staff are very good, excellent actually and 50% are useless!

Only thing that would have been better would be coffee/tea facilities in the room & someone who knew where a bottle opener was! Great time in Paris
This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was outstanding. The rooms were clean and updated. It is close to everything. The waiters and waitress are outstanding and professional. There are laundry facilities that the you can use. The Breakfast was great. The roof top resturant had a great view of the Eiffel Tower.
