"The hotel was well-located and was minutes away from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was rundown. As there was no elevator, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase, the toilet in the room was filled with hair and feces, there was barely any water to flush the toilet and since the shower stall/door did not latch, water poured on to the bathroom floor. "Desk staff very helpful and friendly, especially the night desk employee. This hotel is very clean conveniently located to virtually everything a visitor would like to see in the historic district. The few issues with the hotel are: requires maintenance, room safe, closet hangers. The first room we stayed in had a clogged shower head, and the television became inoperable because the streaming service bill was not paid. We were moved to a much better room the following day. Overall a good hotel....
