"Wow! Hotel Old Quarter was amazing! The photos are accurate, the room was small but expected and the view of the canal from the room was brilliant! The heaters worked so well, very cosy. We often had a drink or two downstairs, which Nathan and Anna made fun and enjoyable! We could walk to everywhere, great location! Oh and they have a cat - so got my cat fix :) "

"Stayed a couple nights with a 6 month baby and family. Staff were all very friendly and more than helpful. Our room was both clean and spacious, we also had a balcony which we enjoyed using. "Death stairs Facebook group candidate. The stairs are steep and uneven, other than that lovely stay. There's a good continental breakfast, with three time slots 7.15-8, 8.10-9, 9.15 to 10ish as the eating area is small. Room was clean but warm. The bathroom was small but more than adequate, although possible needs some paint touch ups. Staff were incredibly helpful. The area was quiet, we slept with the balcony door open and had full night sleeps"
