"Our stay here was lovely. We travelled up for a family funeral and was wanting somewere qyiet and peaceful to rest afterwards. The host was very polite and friendly the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. We will definateky be using this place when we come to see family from now on "

"Excellent room. I stayed one night on my way down South. My room was up in the attic with an on-suite. It was nicely heated, clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was great. 👍 The location was very convenient, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely cobblestone street and houses surrounding. Parking was just fine, I just parked in the street and upon checkin I was given a parking permit to put in the window. Last...

"Only slight criticism is id like bacon and proper sausages for breakfast, however location was good. Free parking. We got some fresh cookies on arrival which were amazing. Id definitely stay here again if im ever in penrith. Mark was an amazing host. "

"This pub with rooms is perfect for what it is. Room was clean, modern, pleasant. Food was great. People were friendly, kind and welcoming. Close to motorway but quiet and in a pretty village. Used this place to split my journey from London to friends in Scotland. Will use it again. Bravo. "
