"This ended well, so read through. When we pulled into the lot, there was construction equipment everywhere and a guy sitting outside his room smoking. There is no smoking in the rooms, so that was fine, but it felt like we were pulling into a low income neighborhood. "Marcus was a great host! Clear and very helpful. The pictures did not do it justice on how lovely the place is. It felt lived in but we also didn’t feel like we were intruding. The calming wood fire smell greeting us when we came in set the mood for the rest of weekend. To be frank though we didn’t feel comfortable grilling cause some of the fire guards in the grill had some rusty holes.
