Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week.

Nestled in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $20 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away.

The house is perfectly sized for any group large or small. Enough space to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The large fully equipped kitchen holds a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and wraps around to join both the dining and living room areas with a wood burning fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy the fire while you dine.

A connected all season room is packed with windows for year round enjoyment no matter what the weather. Brand new 46' and 60' LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.

The cabin like lower level boasts two couches, a full size pool table/ping pong table, dart board, separate bathroom, laundry room, plenty of board games and a wood burning stove everyone can enjoy.

The larger of the two outdoor decks hold a gas barbecue grill and two outdoor tables, there's seating for the entire group.

A fun Ski weekend
My 2 sisters & I took our kids on their first ski weekend! The house was spacious, clean and perfect- the community offered a lot of amenities and it was a 15 minute drive to Shawnee Mt. After a long day of skiing, the kids loved relaxing in the hot tub before dinner! A great weekend!

Great family reunion stay
Great house for our family reunion. The deck was great for sipping on coffee in the morning or family meals with the dogs hanging out nearby. Some of the furniture was newer than pictured so we were pleasantly surprised. Host was very responsive and even helped find and ship our uncle's ipad and reading glasses that were left behind.

Winter family trip
I cannot express my gratitude to the homeowners for their quick responses, detailed emails and check-in instructions and their overall consideration for guests. The property is beautifully kept and had more than enough room for a few more than the 14 family members ranging from 9-62 that we roomed with. The jacuzzi on a cold mountain night was excellent. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Great for groups
Great house located in a great complex. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lots of room for our extended family. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. The newly added outdoor area was great, especially the fire pit with plenty of room for our large group to sit outside and enjoy! Lots to do in the house itself, or in the area. We will definitely be back!

A Cabin Adventure for All
Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

The cabin was dated but comfortable, which was good for our group. Plenty of space for larger groups. We booked in Saw Creek specifically for the amenities. We were disappointed that the amenities were either not open or a hassle to use. Kitchen, games and DVD collection are well stocked.

Perfect location and gorgeous scenery!
This house was amazing. It was gorgeous, well maintained, and there was ample space for our entire family. There is also plenty to do if you didn’t feel like leaving the house for a day. It’s also located it the perfect location if you want to hike and go to local parks. The owners are amazing as well, they’re available anytime you need them and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds all expectations you have. We had the best time and will definitely be back when we plan another trip out to Bushkill.

Great house - very cozy and spacious !
The house, and the hosts were fantastic. We slept 13 people and had more than enough room. We ate every meal outside on the deck in the middle of the large backyard. Brian was very helpful in providing information about the activities in the area and responded to every inquiry in a timely fashion. We are already considering returning as a group.

Perfect mountain vacation
We arrived to find the house in perfect clean condition, updated and fully functional. The house is huge. We had plenty of space for 13 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We didn’t take advantage of the community amenities but they are plentiful. Highly recommend this house. Owners communication is outstanding.

Couldn't Be Happier
The house was perfect. Brian was more than helpful and very accessible by phone during our entire stay. Everything we needed was in the house - each room was clean and comfortable. We spend every night hanging on the deck. The only thing I can say is that the pictures don't do justice to this beautiful house.

A lovely stay even with the hiccups
The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Fun and relaxing stay
My family had a wonderful time at your house. The kids spent hours playing at the pool table, the dart board and ping pong while the adults spent time catching up, watching TV and cooking meals. We also went to Dingmans Falls and Bushkill Falls (highly recommended). The indoor pool at TOW was perfect for the rainy Saturday morning. Brian, the homeowner, was very responsive w/ numerous email questions and was very easy to work with. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and we'll definitely come back when we plan to stay in the Poconos area again.

Great week!
We had a great week in this property! Building fires, cooking meals and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. The house is very spacious and had everything we could've needed. Plenty of cookware and towels. Cooking oils, spices, condiments. Vincenzo was great to communicate with. Also, the Bushkill Falls hike was gorgeous and only 15 minutes away. Would definitely return.

Perfect stay
The property was exactly as described, and was such an incredible experience for our group! Starting from the beginning, Vincenzo was super communicative and always on stand by for any questions I had about the house. Kitchen was fully equipped and made making our meals for a large group a breeze. Hot tub was perfect for the cold nights, and had a great view of the stars. There was a ton of space in the house as well, and we never felt cramped. The house also came with a lot of spare wood for us to use in the fireplace, which was convenient and a nice touch of hospitality. Would love to return again!

Amazing time
I absolutely love the house. The house was big, spacious, and comfortable. The fireplaces were incredible. The movie rooms where nice and loud. It was just so much to do in the house itself that we just didn't want to leave. The house bought my family closer together. I'm glad I got to spend my my holiday with my family in your lovely home.
