"I never got to check in. The hotel said that my reservation did not showed up. I had everything paid and ready. The owner of this hotel was rude and unprofessional. The customer of hotels.com refunded me the money. Lesson learned, always call the hotel before you travel. I had to get another hotel when I arrived in Medellin. "

"Booked this property online through Expedia. Got there and was informed they don't take CC or debit cards, cash only. Good thing I had cash on me. The beds were hard as rocks and had plastic coverings on the mattresses and pillows, talk about an uncomfortable sleep. Every time I moved all I could hear was the plastic moving. No breakfast available, just some snacks (chips and cookies) and drinks you could purchase. Good thing there were restaurants nearby. It's close to Calle 70 which was a good...
