"Very nice hotel. Especially appreciated the breakfast--large variety of items to choose from--eggs and bacon and potatoes. Doors were a little noisy but it did not disturb my sleep. Two things that I should have told the desk were loose control on shower and the TV remote did not work very well. Will choose Hampton again."

"It was perfect for my husband and I. We were visiting my elderly MIL. The hotel was quiet at night, well lighted for our after dark returns. Check in was easy as well as check out. They had a lovely breakfast each morning which was helpful. "

"I flew in from Michigan to connect with a hurricane victim and their family and the stay was one of the better experiences of my traveling. I am neurotic about staying anywhere other than my house and how clean a place is. By far your hotel exceeded my expectations and made up for my awful flight experience. The staff was very nice and I slept great which says alot for someone like myself and my friend who drove from Florida. We appreciated the experience after a long stressful day of traveling...

"It was a renovated room and very clean. Stuffs were very professional and helpful. They serve Breakfast (but not many options, basically muffins and coffee etc). This is very close to downtown of Black mountain. "

"Check-in was quick. The front desk assistant was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in and into our room. Room was comfortable for my husband and I and our three kiddos. It was quiet and clean and a great place for is to stay to take a break from our travel back from Sevierville, NC."
