"Beautiful view from my window! Very clean and spacious room, owners very accommodating! Came late night to the train station and was promptly guided on what to do. You will need to have a car or to take a taxi to get here (taxi was $20 euros on a Sunday night) Definitely would stay here again!!"

"A quick walk from the train station. You can take the stairs down to the street the property is on if you don't have much luggage. The owner's son communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided instructions for a contactless check-in. Seemed really nice and was super quick to respond to questions as well. You get access to a unit that has about 4 or 5 other rooms, and while it's really easy to hear any noise from the hallway, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms through the walls....

"This is great place and Federica is one of teh best and efficient communicator that makes you very comfortable in arriving and checking in her place. It is large three bedroom apartment with spacious rooms that are rented individually and common use of great kitchen area with all the needed utensils and gaudgets. We have not seen anyone from other rooms while staying and it was nice and quiet. Very clean, Train station is 5 min walk to do the 5-terre. The only thing that is tough is if you come...

"Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. "
