"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "The room was spacious and very clean, equivalent to a five star hotel in my opinion. The host was amazing and super responsive. For a small charge, they even offered to do our laundry. The La Spezia harbour is a 15 minutes walk away, from where you can catch ferries and boats to Cinque Terre. Should I return to La Spezia, I know definetly where to stay!"

"We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!"

"We stayed here for one night while we visited Cinque Terre. So convenient, less than a 2 minute walk to the train station. The small breakfast we got was very tasty and the service at checkin/checkout and breakfast was great. There are only two parking stalls at the hotel so arrive early if you have a car, otherwise you have to find a spot on the street. The only “negative” thing we experience was the bed was very very uncomfortable. "
