There’s no desk area and the communications to the management was not working. We waited in the rain for about an hour, then decided to make other accommodations. The manager showed up at that time, very apologetic and let us in. From that point on our stay was great."

It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road.
