"The upgraded larger room was very spacious and a great view of the Gulf. Everything in the room worked fine, except the TV was set to narrow mode, so the left & right part of the image was cut off--we couldn't fix it. They do a good job with the breakfast and the staff there works very hard, they should be tipped, which we did. We witnessed a bad water leak from the roof in the closet across the hall, when it rained. The water poured through electrical panels which was concerning. Otherwise...

"Outside the property there was a sewer smell. Towards the front area it smelled like mildew. Check in process was easy. We received Room 312. The tub floor looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The comforter had a stain that looked like cookies and cream ice cream. We didn’t notice it until we were packing to leave. Made me think did they even wash it from the previous guest that used that room? The location was convenient. The breakfast did not have eggs or sausage. It was continental. "
