Staff hardly speak English I booked online through Expedia then I got there was asked to pay again .. bad management and cannot sleep due to bar bieng too close to the bedrooms blasting music and noise coming from drunk people beds are so uncomfortable and space is very small … had to leave after finding another hotel 6 hours later as they were demanding me to pay again "

"Hotel was in the heart of the City. Nice place with good view. But Dirty cleaners were not doing a good job in terms of cleaning. Staffs need to learn about customer service. They need to be friendly and kind. No hot water in the hotel even if I called and asked if they had hot water. Door nob and sink into the toilet was full of dust. Toilet were not cleaned properly. "

"My experience was great. I only stayed for 2 nights, but I really enjoyed. I never used the pool, but it did look to a good standard. The breakfast included was also tasty, not much to select from, but still tasty."
