"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

Even sink is clean, no food. Only problem i had is Internet is sucks. Bad Bad wifi. Many hotspots are a available with strong signals but hard time connecting. I talked to other guests and all complained about wifi. SO NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TELEWORKERS"

" Great location between the monkey forest and the Palace. Walking distance to restaurants, trip operators, and next door to great bar with a lovely garden and live music. But very quiet at the hotel which was perfect. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast was great."

However, there are much needed areas for improvement. The bubble becomes uncomfortably warm during the day, even with the air conditioning at its maximum, and gets quite chilly at night, even without any cooling.
