"Had an amazing stay here. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. They got to know my name and it made me feel really welcomed. It was a nice touch for someone who was travelling solo. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into city centre , just off a side road but it feels like you are out in nature. The terrace from my room overlooked a stream, and it was lovely having breakfast on terrace for no extra cost. They have a parking area which makes it easy to be picked up! I didn't have a chance to use pool as I was so busy but it looked inviting. The breakfast is nice although there are also loads of lovely breakfast places in Ubud. They were generous with dispensing water bottles. My only comment for improvement is that it would nice to have a water refilling station so that I could refill bottles instead and minimise plastic waste. Overall brilliant stay"

"The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning. "

"The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. It’s because of the wonderful people here at Udaya that I extended my stay and I can not wait to come back to Bali and stay at Udaya again."

"Excellent stay in Ubud. Long walk into city centre and not ideal walking conditions but the hotel itself was great. Staff fantastic. Booked the shuttle to return and they left me and my daughter stranded but the front desk was super apologetic and comped us about 500k idr. Clean place. "
