"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Yahya was very nice and organized our transport from Zagora to Mhamid and then from the hotel to the festival each evening. Note: DO NOT BOOK ON EXPEDIA. I booked through Expedia and was charged when I made the reservation. However, when I got to the hotel, Yahya asked me to pay the entire cost AGAIN in cash.
