The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "We stayed for a week and got a great rate. Location was ideal, transportation links were fantastic, close to the train station, tram right outside front door as well as airport bus. The room was basic but met our needs and it was clean. Great ac, fridge and kettle in the room. Also there was free luggage storage. Nothing bad to say at all."
