"We have been with VRBO for over 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. This is a hotel room basically. The room is listed through an agency that cannot do English and they don't get involved. "Beautiful property right in the vibe of town down. I felt safe to walks around in the early morning and I loved the downtown feel st night. Boxes breakfasts were a real treat as we set on the patio and watch the volcano explode "

"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend for this reason by itself. Found last occupants' food in the microwave.... otherwise property was ok. Beware, check in appears to be issue looking at previous reviews - avoid... "

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast was very good. The only inconvenient problem was that there was not parking lot in the hotel, and we should walk to and from the parking tower for around a few minutes 😉 "
