"Staff were so lovely and welcoming! Was upgraded to a room with an en-suite which was a very pleasant surprise. Room was very clean, bedding was lovely and lots of towels! "The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
